Kotak Events is the app which fetches the information from the server, to show the delegates / personnel about the their event schedule.
i.e., Kotak is the financial institution which organises the Financial meet and host the event at Mumbai every year. This year they wanted to app created to deliver the local event / meeting schedule on their iPhone. App is connecting the server for fetching the information, the schedule is created in the internal event scheduling application on their server.
app also has functionality to fetch the pre-event notification created at the server by Kotak people.
At the event they will be entering the messages on the web application to show the highlights of the running event at the campus. Which shall be shown using the web browser control. It does not has any other links and can only be used for view the running the event alert information. Something similar to the twitter where notification/ messages are shown.
This app will be used during the event which is scheduled on 9,10,11 Feb 2015 in Mumbai India.
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
